Linguistically Challenged

I've been noticing this series of ads in the tube for Google Voice Search for Mobile.  Clearly this ad campaign is specifically aimed at Brits, since not only are the "phonetic" pronunciations are a bit different from the way us Yanks would say them, but I doubt many Americans would even use some of these phrases.  Still, most of them are pretty easy to translate:
cheap power tools
festival tickets/Wellington boots
London landmarks/visiting times
next bank holiday/ticket reservations
breaking news
And I just found this photo that someone else took near the Clapham Junction train station:
(think Mary Poppins)
So we were on the tube yesterday, and Josh asked me, "What's 'worl fil-ah'?"  As usual, my response was "Huh?" Then he pointed out this ad:
What?
Any idea what this is supposed to say?  My best guess is "wall filler," but I'm not sure that's a real thing, let alone a thing someone would need to do a search for.  If you have any other ideas, please let me know!

  1. This has been driving me so crazy I googled it. You're the only hit in existence at the moment, but at least I know I'm not alone... (I assume you're right about the last word: it's gotta be "filler". But "worl"?)
